Re: Pulsar 1.5 dci long term reliability

As with any diesel regular servicing help prolong the life, oil changes a major part. With either diesel or petrol aircon should be run often, mines on permanent to keep it in tiptop condition, avoid using cold start aerosol sprays , does more harm than good, best keep glow plugs in top shape.

Re: Service

27000 miles on a 16 plate.
Think aircon service includes everything.
Can get and fit a quality bosch rear wiper for £10

Service

Just had a major service and got these advisories.
Rear wiper early stage of perishing £18
Car is now 4 years old so full aircon service £149
New spark plugs recommended due to age £147

Seems a bit steep to me.
