Re: 1.2 Pulsar 2015 fuel consumption

I just monitor mpg per tankful and reset every fill up. I do a lot of small journeys around town, coupled with a 6 mile stretch of the M1 three times a week. I average around 33-36mpg. I'll be interested to see if the new engine improves this. Best I've EVER had was a motorway journey (90% of the di...

Re: Brakes

Someone mentioned before about it being an electronic handbrake which is why there's that small movement when it's applied. Moving a foot or so sounds dangerous ! Mine moves probably a couple of inches at most.

Re: Could I be about to join the oil problem gang ?

Serial no. on your car? If its 39320 or higher, than Nissan has left us wrong information!! 75721 I asked what type of replacement and was told a complete engine. I also asked about the engine number for the V5 but, now I am very sceptical here, they reckon the replacement engine will be stamped wi...

Re: Courtesy car while mine is being serviced.

Haven't you got the blind spot warnings on your Pulsar? To be honest, after a week or so I got used to them and they do come in handy at times when you want to pull out.

Could I be about to join the oil problem gang ?

March 2017 1.2, 9500 miles on the clock. Noticed a ticking/clacking sound and I remember a member on here saying that was a sympton. Checked the oil and not enough left in there to fry an egg - less than 4000 miles after a service. Nissan very kindly chucked 2.5 litres in "to keep you going" and it'...

... but I think this is cool !
Bought on that Wish app. I think it was a tenner for the set and came in just over a week.
