Re: Air filters

You can do this completely free and no swapping of anything. Just take the cold air intake pipe off the airbox itself.... that's it, nothing else needed to do! Saves having to do a lot of messing around. Yes, you may get more noise from taking the full air box out, but probably not much more and thi...

Re: Updates and recalls

The 1.2 I would question (but that's based on having an early engine burning oil), but the 1.6 DIG-T and the derv engines should have no issue. Also saying that, you are always going to get to 'odd ones' which simply seem better than the rest. If you look at the history of the Primera, you are going...

Re: Updates and recalls

Why not?

But it all depends how its used. If its often town driven, then yes, its likely to expire, or require various parts to keep it going. However if its a motorway mile muncher, looked after with regular, proper servicing, then 150,000+ wont be difficult!

Re: ford focus shape

a lot of cars these days have 'looks of other cars' about them.... there are some exteptions like the Juke, but if you take a look at the rear end of the Qashqai for example, I keep spying other SUV's with similar looking style!

Re: Start/Stop system permanent disabled

No, I don't think it has internal sensors. Just if doors are opened I believe but I have never fully looked into it to be fair other than I know I've somehow locked the car using the fob, but then quickly gone into the boot which has set the alarm off.

Re: Start/Stop system permanent disabled

I have often thought about doing this, but then I also think...… what state does this put the alarm in?!

Re: Reversing camera sound?

The Pulsar from factory was not fitted as standard, but I understand it is an option that could be fitted.

Have a look at the bumper and it sould be obvious if you have the reverse sensors or not.
