Re: Petrol Gauge Reading

When I picked the car up new it had a full tank and showed a range of about 440 miles. Current fuel consumption is mid to high 30s (mainly short journeys in town) and a full tank gives an estimated range of around 330. That would tend to support the 46 litre (10 gallon tank assumption).

Re: My 2015 Nissan Pulsar (#Projectpulsar)

So this arrived in the post today! I had totally forgotten I had ordered this, must have been the booze over Christmas! Decided to copy Ronnie and put a Nismo badge on the front grille of my pulsar http://i883.photobucket.com/albums/ac35/MrRichmond1995/Pulsar%20Forum/IMG-20161229-WA0002_zpshbtimmyq...

Re: Petrol Gauge Reading

I'm wondering the same about mine. Most I've managed to squeeze in is just under 36 litres at a time when the 40 mile warning had just come on. I'm suspicious that it's only a nominal 36 litre tank. Ridiculously small if true. Any idea which variant has which size tank? Mine's a 1.2 N-Connecta.

Re: Thoughts on our new Pulsar

If you do get a space saver wheel it won't have the bit to store the tools in, as shown in the photo. I suppose the fitting which came with the car could be modified to take them, and it's a big saving for little effort.

Wish I'd known that a few weeks ago when I got mine from Nissan!

Re: New Pulsar and Some Qestions

I was also expecting a sort of mini service after a thousand miles or so but was told they don't do that and the first service is after 1 year.

I don't touch the ESP and I haven't registered for Nissan breakdown service. As I have AA cover through my bank anyway I'll call them if I have a problem.

Re: Intelligent key

Do you only have a problem with one of the fobs, or both? If with both it doesn't seem likely to be a problem with the fob itself.

Re: Setting phone volume

I used the phone today and the volume was still at the level I left it after receiving a call last week. Hopefully it will now stay that way. If not I'll get onto Nissan because the handbook makes no sense.

She's done it for the past 36 years without incident. What do you see as the problem?

Problem demisting windscreen.

I don't know whether this is caused by a fault in the blower or simply a design issue. Today I had to de-ice and demist the windscreen for the first time. I put the temperature up to 25 and pressed the front screen demist button. The passenger side demisted in a matter of 20 seconds, but the driver ...
