have you tried cleaning the cameras/sensors, they may be dirty which can set off the system.

Had new o2 sensor fitted today under warranty, so far so good
service and 1st mot as well.
front brakes 50% worn, rear 40% worn, tyres down to between 3.5 and 4.5 mm tread.
23000 miles on clock.
drove qq curtasy car with electronic handbrake, not a fan of that system

I have 1.6 on 18 inch rims, I do feel the potholes and road imperfections.
Feels fine on motorways.

No issues with running, mpg dropped a bit after the fault first showed but now back to normal.
Could be engine management system adjusts the engine to run better after a while.

It just came on with a warning beep whilst driving. Garage told me fine to drive and I have been doing so for about a month. That's the sounds like the same issue I have, garage have diagnosed o2 sensor needs replacing so will be done on 18th under warranty.
