Where's the picture of the boot, oh sorry for a moment thought that was a disco going on.
Those LEDs make loads of difference, might consider that myself.

Most thefts from cars tend to be oppotunist when the thief spots something inside the car cabin. not from the boot.
We might as well not leave anything in the boot, spare wheel,tools ect.
But as I say better left out of sight ie in the boot.

The brand of tyre can also make a difference, tyres with stiff side walls tend to have a harder ride than those with softer side walls (more give). I think the sportier type of tyre tend to be the ones with stiffer side walls and harder wearing tyres also seem to give a firmer ride. I use to have a ...

On Sunday parked up and missus puts her handbag in the boot, I go to lock car as normal but all I get is car beeping. The ride does seem to be 'jiggy' as you say at lower speeds, state of a lot of A and B roads doesn't help. Do you have 17" or 18" wheels. The larger wheels with low profile tyres tends to show up road imperfections. You could change to smaller wheels , this would mean larger tyres to maint...

The software update has resolved the issues I had so maybe thats the route you should go down, I presume the car is still under warranty so there should be no issues getting your local dealer to do this.
