They work by boosting fuel rail pressure along with turbo boost. They do work

It's entirely up to pal, but the 1.2 is a very fragile engine without a remap

To anyone interested, through extensive research I'm gaining good progress on modifying this engine.. I'm a nissan tech, and have found multiple dump valves that WILL FIT our 1.6 pulsars! Not sure if you've had much joy in getting this sorted but I'd go for the left hand stalk and replace it. Steering wheel has to be removed for access.

My 1.6 is also leaking but only on the drivers side! Trying to pin it down for the last few days now and leaning towards the inner seal, only seems to be while on the move for me..
