Re: Oil Consumption

Re: Oil Consumption
Just checked the level on my 1.2 petrol and it's midway between top and bottom marks after 6k miles. Can anybody tell me how much oil it takes between marks to save me searching the manual?

That's good. For me it displayed 'No SD card' or similar when I switched the engine on. Switched off and on again, and after a short delay it went through the update and reboot process.Metalmickey wrote:had car turned off, inserted new card, started ignition, system updated then rebooted and all fine.

Re: Spare Tyre Pressure
I found this on one web site. "The space saver tyre normally has the recommended tyre pressure marked on the side wall of the tyre itself, Normally the pressure of space savers are around 60psi"

Re: Uncomfortable Pulsar
There was a lot about it when it was announced. The big selling point was supposed to be the additional room in the rear. Apart from that though I only remember one, very low key, advertising campaign. I'm not complaining though as I got £4k off the price of a brand new, unregistered car. As I tend ...

Re: Uncomfortable Pulsar
Interesting comment about the published information being incorrect. I have the N-Connecta model which is one step down from the Tekna. The information on the website refers to led lighting amongst other things. This model doesn't have that. I'm not bothered, and to be honest, didn't read the spec i...

Re: Sat Nav Map Update - Nissan taking the ****
I tried emailing gb@nissan-services.eu; no dice. All they have said is that an update for 16 / 17 will be available in the next few months, and that I should contact my dealer to buy it in due course. The free updates must be dependant on registration date of the vehicle. When was yours registered?...

Re: Uncomfortable Pulsar
Obviously a case of not being able to please all of the people all of the time. Plenty of people seem to like the 1.6, but that's not suggesting that your views on the car aren't perfectly valid too. You like the Ford Focus, whereas I hated mine and wouldn't touch another with a barge pole. I didn't...

It doesn't seem to be quite that simple. keithbrown says his car was registered in October 14 so is still in warranty. He has been told he isn't eligible.Particulate Driver wrote:I think a car that is still within warranty will be eligible for a free update.
