Pulsar Q&A

Morning all...

I've been thinking of doing a Q&A type video soon around the Pulsar. I've had it almost 4 months now, so throw any questions you have relating to the car in here and I'll do my best to answer them.

Doing my best online, I would guess your 17" wheels have 205/50 tyres the 16" option has 195/60 This means the 17" wheel has 205mm wide tyres with a wall thickness of 50% of that (so 102.5mm). This gives you an overall diameter of about 534.3mm. The 16" wheel would have a diamete...

Re: Space saver spare wheel

You'll find most space savers are smaller than the other wheels. Don't worry though, as the tyre wall should be thicker, thus creating the overall same circumference around the whole wheel/tyre combo.

Re: Test Driving a 2018 Nissan Leaf

I imagine the longer range will only put it towards 150ish or so... TBH, it's probably enough for most people (in fact, guarantee it is for every day use), but having a 300mile range would be better  :D

Test Driving a 2018 Nissan Leaf

Last week I fortunate enough to borrow a Nissan Leaf Tekna for a day and make a couple of videos giving my initial thoughts and reactions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5Z2K0Xfxsw Honestly, I was rather impressed. Once the range is improved, I think it'd be something worth considering (that appli...

Droning Around In The Snow

This is the 4th decent snow fall of the year, and the first time I've really had a chance to get the drone out. Such a shame it was so damn foggy. Anyway, this is Sutton Scarsdale Hall - about 5 minutes from me and about 5 minutes from J29 of the M1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGzJrYYIvC8 *inte...

I will put up my black Pulsar up against your red pulsar on the 1/4 mile and see what happens!
Haha, if it wasn't the 1.2 I probably would
