I tend to turn it off, it has to be within so many parameters to work correctly, engine temp and so on.
Great idea but practicability wise not good in stop start traffic.

Re: Stop/Start Fault
Report after car in garage for stop/start error fault.
Its down to a faulty o2 sensor, so needs to be ordered.
Garage informed me ok to drive car whilst waiting for sensor to come in.
While I was there I asked about extended warranty, I will post the info for this in a separate post.

Re: 2014 Pulsar 1.5 dci Problem
When you changed the battery did you do it yourself or a garage do it. On modern cars with intelligent charging systems the battery needs to be registered/programmed to the car. Maybe a completely separate issue but if the issue was not there before you changed battery, my 1st thought would be to lo...

Re: Problems starting in the cold.....battery?
This is a specific issue with the framm battery used in nissans, plenty of qq and pulsars having them fail. Don't know if its an issue with the other cars in the range. Nissan know there is an issue because the RAC who provide the breakdown cover for cars under warranty, carry spare Nissan original ...

Re: Problems starting in the cold.....battery?
Same battery I got under warranty for duff battery.
Less than 2 months left on warranty so I think I was fortunate.
Shame that Nissan don't exchange these duff batteries as a gesture of good will for those customers just out of warranty as the batteries are clearly a manufacturing fault.
