I don't know whether this is caused by a fault in the blower or simply a design issue. Today I had to de-ice and demist the windscreen for the first time. I put the temperature up to 25 and pressed the front screen demist button. The passenger side demisted in a matter of 20 seconds, but the driver side took a couple of minutes. Is that normal?
My suspicion is that the underlying design is for left hand drive vehicles and I'm just going to have to live with it.

I've had a similar issue- accompanied by a rattling dashboard.
Nissan have replaced the dash air vent due to finding a broken clip- seems to have helped with the de-misting

This has been my experience too and I suspect you are right about the left hand drive design.

I always suspected its due to the drivers side dash having a lot more stuff (clocks, steering column, wiring etc) in it compared to the passenger side n possible restricting the space to route ducting
