My 2018 Pulsar Tekna diesel is showing a system fault when these items are switched on. I have been told that they have an air pump to control them which may now have a faulty internal part. Has any owner had this problem?

I wouldn't investigate a fault on a 2018 vehicle. Get it straight into the dealership and let them sort it out.
