I'm very happy with my 1.6DIG T

Around town I seem to be getting 40ish mpg. however a mixed 120 mile trip from Manchester area to Cleethorpes, taking on m60 and m62 at rush hour, road works, and then doing 90ish miles at an an indicated 80 with speed limiter enabled (which is near enough 70 when you GPS it....), I got just shy of 50mpg without really trying!!

very surprised with that really, given with the outgoing QQ 1.2 I had to limit myself to 65 to get that sort of mpg return!

At a guess I'm not having to 'floor it', or rev it as hard I had to in the 1.2

...return trip done

325 miles in total (this time speed limiter set to 75, and very limited traffic issues), rolled up on the drive way and the light has just come on! Car estimates an average overall of 48mpg. Not bad really for a drive where progress took higher priority over fuel saving, as well as a boot full of holiday gear, 4 bodies and a spare wheel.
