Hi All,
My driver side front led has failed - the strip which comes on when activating the sidelights or locking the car.
As it's not a standard bulb, I've booked it into Nissan.
Assume this is a led unit which will need replaced, and that they should do this under the warranty?
Cheers,
Keith.

That's not good.
As far as I understand, the LED lights fitted to the headlight units are not user serviceable (not without complete dismantlement of the headlight unit itself anyway).
They should be indeed covered under warranty as they are not consumable items.

There's a what? LED strip?
Yet another thing I didn't know or had spotted. As soon as it stops raining I'm off outside to investigate !

Sorted under warranty - a loose connection which required soldering.
Was also informed there was a recall issue with the headlights which was sorted at the same time.
