I think I get one you mean, but you need to cut a line between the AC control section and the radio area. Maybe try to post a close up of yours. It will explain it all in a photo. Cheers!

Yes, That's a great job Marcin! I see I think you cut the panel, like you said with the Dremel, above the AC controls.

Exactly - cut the digital ac panel out to make place for the manual ac panel.

Yes, but have to make a perfect cut and measurement on both pieces. Best would be some laser cut.

Yes, "The Perfect Cut". That's why I started with a prototype. My initial thought was to make the gap slightly larger and fill it with some ambient light but it ended being filled with a 1mm or less carbon flat bar.
