Impossible to open the doors (remote control AND mechanical keys don't work)

Finally, they accepted to send me their assistance! Simple, the mechanic used a suction pad and an inflatable thing to open the driver door. Then, he charged my battery and I drove during 30 minutes. The reasons of the problem was simple: no more battery.
But after that, I was not able, one more day, to open the car. Stupid reason: I changed the key battery in the wrong direction!
All is ok now, thanks.

Pleased to see that you finally got things sorted. When I changed the battery in the fob I put it in the wrong way up too! That despite being very careful to ensure I didn't turn the old battery over when I removed it!

Yes, totally amazing! I think that this can happen to many people. I'm also usually very careful. My wife told me that I was maybe wrong with the battery, but I was 100% sure that I was right. Amazing mistake!
