Nissan Pulsar 2002 Sedan: How to remove rear seats to replace rear speakers?

Hello,
I'm trying to find a way to remove back seat of my Pulsar 2002 (Sedan) to replace the back speaker.
However, I encountered an issue that I can't seems to find another screw that was holding the back rear seat in.

Does any one of you know how to remove the back seat? Or another way that I could replace the speakers.
