The Pulsar will be doing battle in a tough market place against the VW Golf (16% market share), Ford Focus (14%) and Toyota Corolla (11%) among others, but Nissan Ireland reckon their new car can measure up.
Nissan are talking about a 7 to 8% market share in the first year, with the long term strategy aimed at around 10%.
The company’s last car in this sector was the durable Almera, which earned an impeccable reputation and commanded a strong 15% share of the market at one time.
Fingers crossed Nissan can pull it off with the Pulsar!
