I've upgraded from a Note to a 67 plate White Pulsar 1.2 DIG Xtronic, and love it. It's soo smooth and comfy.
But have just noticed after washing it that there is a orange stain on the paint work inbetween the petrol flap and the wheel arch, could it be petrol spilage or could it be a paint problem?

Hello and welcome. Does sound like petrol stain but I'd be taking it back to the dealer.

67 plate can't be more than a couple of weeks old. Fuel shouldn't stain like that.nottmsteve wrote: ↑Mon Sep 18, 2017 7:21 pm Hello and welcome. Does sound like petrol stain but I'd be taking it back to the dealer.

I can't see fuel staining it orange.
Thanks for the input everyone, and I did go back to the dealer and they "Mopped" as much as possible but I can still see it, maybe just cos I know where it was.
What's interesting is the petrol cap hangs down near enough where the orange stain was.
Can't believe modern paint ( even though it's white) would stain so easy.
So for now watching and waiting to see if it appears again.

Keep us all updated with this one. Might be worth trying some of that Quik Detailing spray and see if that clears it.
