Amp under passenger seat..?

Hello!
First time writer long time Nissan fan. I've had my Pulsar for a little over a year now and the first thing i thought when getting it was to fit my subwoofer in it, long story short i didnt rly know how.
In my previous car, Volvo V70 -06, i could just plug into the back of the head unit with an adapter.
So now it's finally time to ge the Nissan bumping and thanks to this forum i now know a little more about the interior BUT i have some questions.
1. How do i know without ripping out the wires and/or panels wich color the speakerswires are in the back doors?
2. I was thinking of removing the amp from the box, it's just bolted on, and fitting it under the passenger seat. But is there room and pros/cons?
3. Should i go all in and replace the door speakers aswell? Needs another amp for those?
Any suggestions and ideas are very welcome!
