Looking to fit LED number plate bulbs anyone done it and what ones did you use ?

Hi yes I changed mine this week. They are just 501 sidelight fitting so bought some LED ones from eBay.

Do they look better and was it just the bulb or the led housing ?

Just the bulb I changed. Yes a lot brighter and also did my reverse lights. Il take a pic once it’s dark

I have led reverse lights have you got the link to the number plate bulbs ?

Yes I've changed my DRL bulbs and my highbeam lights.

Drl bulbs. Are they the yellowy ones in fog light housing? What type of bulbs do they take?

Yes that's the ones I think they were H16 led bulbs 100% better

Ohh I thought from looking through the front lens they might have just been normal 501 bulbs for the sidelights and then h16 for the fogs

Anyone fitted LED number plate bulbs ?
