Behind the hazard button there are 2 screws, remove them. Then put your each hand on the edge of the panel then yank/pull the bottom part of the panel to your direction.

You have to look on the engine bay just next of the battery. There's a black rectangle box, horn fuse and relay is located there.

The outer side is replaceable, the inner side is together with the steering system. I've never replace it myself, but i've seen it and they adjust this if you are doing the geometry. The horn is located behind the front grill. You have to open the cover by removing few clips (rounded in red) using clips remover or flat head screw. It's easy to reach and remove the horn.

You can't. But if you feel it's getting hard to change gears and there's a whine while driving on low speed, better change the oil or top it up. Nissan garage said that there's no need to change the transmission oil or they will change it if you need to change the clutch. I changed it myself at 200k...

I had this when i had my first car, it's a petrol too. I think the term is "rev hang" you can google it to know more. At first it annoyed me, but i get used to it. I have diesel now and i don't have this rev hang thing.

I brought mine to an independent garage (he works mostly on fiat cars but having no problems servicing other cars), he asked 500 euros to change timing belt, water pump etc. As per his explanation, it doesn't need any special tools.
