Nissan connect app

Hi all, recently bought a 2nd 18 player pulsar 1.2. looking through the owners manual it gives a website address to get the Nissan connect app to connect your phone, however, the website no longer exists. Managed to get the app and tried to register only to be told it's registered with someone else. Contacted Nissan via online chat to be told my car doesn't have Nissan connect. Anyone able to point me in a direction to get this sorted?

I got the nissan connect app, I have a 2016 plate 1.6 tekna, but I have found the app a waste of time to use.
You might get more replies if you join the facebook group of which i am not part of.
Never bothered with facebook myself.

I agree with Metalmickey, it's not worth trying to use it.
