Hi, I've recently had a system fault come up and today took it into Nissan. They said it was due to worn discs and pads that I have now had replaced. Tonight I have parked up and am unable to lock the door because it thinks my driver door is open. This means the internal light will not turn off.
The door is definitely shut though.

Any ideas what this could be or a temp fix so I can lock the door tonight.

Above the mirror you can switch front seat light off. At the roof is the switch for rear passenger. If you wait for 5 min it will also
switch off by itself. Is every other door and boot properly closed? If so, try to push the switch hard on drivers door and see if it makes any differens. Located on pillar where rear and front door meets, round rubber protected switch.
