Just tried checking my air con pressure as I was hoping to top it up myself. Unfortunately the nozzle doesn't want to fit (fitting on my girlfriend's volkswagon and my dad's peugeot). Phoned the dealership who told me that a trained mechanic can only do it at a cost of £130! for a full recharge. Do nissan use an obscure fitting to be awkward?
Can anyone help?? (Can provide pics)
Thanks

I understand it now. It uses the new R1234yf refrigerant. Thanks Liam

£130 puts you off getting it done, I'll probably give it a miss.

I've asked ATS if they can do it. They probably could at a fraction of the price
I suspect the answer is a resounding YES. My missus has an '07 reg Micra. The tyres for that were only available from a single manufacturer, with inflated prices to match (excuse the pun)muttley0101 wrote: Do nissan use an obscure fitting to be awkward?
