Intermittent offside high pitch whistle

Hi all,

I have a 2016 1.5 diesel. I have recently noticed an intermittent whistling sound coming from the off side. As anyone an idea as to what is causing this? Any thoughts are very welcome.

Just had a similar issue - turned out to be brake pads
