Rear plate locking screws for Pulsar 2017
Do the threads or head looked damaged in anyway? Probably a design issue and they are vibrating loose or something.
As previous poster, try some Loctite or other thread locking compound which should help prevent it backing off through vibration.

Make the drive.
If your cars under warranty and the fault comes back after your fix you're likely to be charged for the repair

The screws are held in with lock tight, all I'm saying is that if for whatever reason the threads in the latch are damaged and attempts a repair himself, the dealer may charge for a new latch.

I wonder what the North Wales Police reaction would be to somebody trying a 120 mile round trip because a couple of screws had come loose.PulsarNismo94 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 08, 2020 12:33 am
