sd card

when coming home last night I started the car and pressed the sat nav button, came up a box that said please insert a Nissan sd card.
its been fine for 7 months ive had it, its the proper card . I took it out and put back few times still no good said same.
got home and stopped engine , restarted after a couple of minutes still no good.
my wife has a juke with the same connect unit in it. took her sd card out and was ok in mine, put my sd card in hers and guess what it was ok too.
swapped them back and they were both ok. so what was that? anyone had a similar thing happen?
